Led by seasoned PR pro and professional coach Jayme Sandberg, PR Pro Accelerator is a four month program that helps you confidently and intentionally transition into your full-time public relations career.

  • PR Pro Accelerator is over four months, similar to the semester schedule most college graduates are familiar with. You’ll have a session about every two weeks between individual and group coaching.

  • Those who have graduated from college with a PR, communications or related degree in the last six months are ideal accelerator members, whether they have a job in their career field or are looking for one.

  • While every situation is different, most employers will applaud your self-awareness, initiative and the desire to be a top performer you demonstrate with your interest in PR Pro Accelerator. Some employers may even help cover the cost. If not, they may allow you to have coaching calls during company time. You’ll want to be intentional about how you approach the conversation which is something we will assist registered members with.

  • Yes, PR Pro Accelerator is a thoughtful gift for a new grad. It is something that will pay off for many years by giving them a solid foundation and unbiased support system during a transition many find difficult.

  • Those who pay for the course in full receive a discount. Current PRSSA or PRSA members also receive a discount.

  • Those who are interested should join the waitlist. Registration details will be available in spring 2026.

  • The agenda is developed using a co-creative method and driven by the individual or the group being coached. Typical agendas relate to a current situation, a goal, a roadblock, an idea, prioritization, or something else that needs to be talked through, reframed, or goaled. Coaching is not therapy. We do not diagnose, treat or spend time looking back. Instead, we focus on personal accountability, growth and opportunity.

  • Jayme Sandberg, APR, is an accomplished public relations professional and business owner with extensive experience in corporate philanthropy, workplace wellness, and healthcare.

    She spent nearly 15 years leading innovative marketing communications at regional and national levels for one of the largest and most influential nonprofits in the country before launching The Fulfilled Pro to help people own their own story.

    Throughout her PR career, Jayme has produced a rap song, ghostwritten opinion pieces for top medical professionals, written a dramatic monologue for an Academy Award-nominated actress, placed numerous stories in national broadcast, print, and online media, and turned her self-published children’s book into an Amazon bestseller.
